We would like to introduce a case study of a tire logistics center that implemented the inventory management software "AceZaiko." The challenges included the inability to manage tires with low movement (special specifications and sizes) and the lack of management for storage locations. After implementation, it became possible to understand the optimal inventory levels based on shipping performance, and functions such as inbound management, outbound management, inventory management, and shelf label issuance were enabled.
